The adjustable versatile U-Prox SL Keypad SmartLine reader for mobile credentials and proximity identifiers in conjunction with the U-Prox Mobile ID application and U-Prox IDs allow any access control system to use smartphones as access system credentials.
Digital personal mobile credential. It is processed and stored in the user’s
smartphone using the U-Prox Mobile ID application. It can be transferred
over NFC and/or 2.4 GHz radio between the reader and the smartphone.
NFC for Android only – Read range 2-5 cm. Recommended for double-sided doors and turnstiles.
2.4 GHz radio for Apple and Android
Reader supports 3 operation modes for smartphones with U-Prox ID:
• “Door-Proximity” – 10-20 cm, reader activates by built-in proximity
sensor. Recommended for double-sided doors and turnstiles
• “Door” – up to 60-70 cm
• “Barrier/Gate” – adjustable range of interaction from 1 to 15 m

Keypad – Reader transmits keypad codes in one of the programmed modes —package (after the ‘#’ key press) or digit-by-digit (4 or 8 bits per symbol).

the Wiegand 26, 32, 34, 37, 40, 42, 56, 58, 64 bit interfaces, Wiegand with
automatic selection, RS-232 and Touch Memory supports.

The U-Prox iPR3 reader is housed in a robust polished stainless steel case and then sealed. Due to its increased strength, it can be used in conditions of danger of vandalism.
Proximity ID reader is intended for use in access control systems focused on the use of interfaces: RS-232, Wiegand 26 bit, Wiegand 37 bit, Wiegand 42 bit, standard Wiegand with automatic selection and Touch Memory.
Types of identifiers used: iPR-3 readers work with ASK and / or FSK identifiers. The reader can be programmed to work only with ASK identifier, only with FSK, to work with ASK and / or FSK (simultaneously). If two identifiers of different types are simultaneously brought to the reader programmed to work with two types, the ASK identifier will be read.
